The trade mark “Abrau-Durso” bears in itself a historical value and traditions of all Russian winemaking. Ñhampagne, produced at winery "Abrau-Durso" - is a high-quality product with a magnificent bouquet and the refined taste which already for a long time has won success in the Russian and foreign markets.
For participation at exhibitions and wine tastings, the classical champagne has received high international awards and has got world popularity, having won 207 international medals, including 96 gold, 94 silver, 17 bronze and 9 Grand prix. The classical technology of preparation of champagne is commercially applied only at factory "Abrau-Durso" and has no analogues at other enterprises across all Russia. It repeats the French technology and allows to make rather refined product with a unique flavoring scale.
The sparkling wine of a classical series is made of traditional sparkling grades of grapes: Pinot Blanc, Pinot Franc, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling. It is matured in underground tunnels not less than for three years. The sparkling wine is produced here by special closed cycle, in which 70% makes manual skills, beginning from cluster of grapes from unique plantations, and finishing the sparkling drink poured in bottles, with several degrees of protection (each bottle of champagne is sealed with a cork and a fuse with a trade mark.
